Misin-server v0.5.7c Update

I have updated my misfin-server software to v0.5.7c to add the following features:

Threads - the interface will now show threads based on gemmail subjects, and ordered by last updated time of the thread. This will be tweaked further in the future.
Mailinglist archives are also ordered by threads.
Implemented receive-replies setting. This allows you to never receive replies to mailinglist threads or to only see replies if it's your thread or you have sent a message to the thread. See the commands list for info on how to enable this.
A misfin link was added to mailinglist archives pages.
A list of commands are now sent with subscription confirmation emails. You can optionally send a mail with the subject "help" to the mailinglist to see this list.

Info on how to send gemmails with subjects (by using a gemtext title line).
Info on sending gemmails with labels to mailinglists (by placing label in between square brackets at the start of a gemmail's subject)

Update: I just released a bug fix. Please update by re-downloading the precompiled binary (or using golang to update).
