What about ECH (Encrypted Client Hello) in Geminispace?

Although it is only in draft, it is supported in TLS1.3, seeing as Gemini all but requires TLS1.3, it shouldn't be a problem to use it client side.
But you might want a fallback, in case there is an issue, as there are a few capsules using TLS1.2.

I haven't looked into ECH myself, but it would be interesting to hear if Gemini servers in the wild currently handle it. I recommend you try it and see what happens. :)
