Features

Replace `r18n-core' dependency by more common `i18n' gem.
Add a new rake task to generate a Fish shell[1] completion file.
Detect orphaned keywords in the `site:clean' rake task, to allow you to remove useless files.
Add a new rake task to build a single file instead of the whole project.

Fixes

Fix build time regression by using a keywords cache directly exposed to Org internals.
Correctly expose the verbose option to the right commands in the CLI help messages.
Never automatically eval code blocks, as it clearly opens a security flaw.
Never use the throbber in verbose mode.
