Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

• Pumpkin seeds
• 1/4 cup margarine or butter
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of chili powder
• Pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees
• Melt Margarine/Butter in a bowl
• Mix pumpkin seeds into the butter
• Spread a single layer of pumpkin seeds onto cookie sheet
• Put salt, chili powder, and garlic powder on seeds, making sure not to overseason them
• Bake seeds for 40-50 minutes or until crispy and golden brown
