@lightweight has coined a phrase of value:
"We need to say, with confidence and pride, that we support 'radical sufficiency'... that, yes: enough is enough!"

The "after" photo was missing from my previous post. Here's the before and after photos. I don't recommend planting olive trees on a boundary fence. We guess they are around 15yrs old, being 8-10ft when M bought the house 13 yrs ago. We took out every second tree after a couple of years and I began controlling the height once they reached the height of the tennis court fence. There is a similar line of trees on the northern boundary.

I posted recently about pruning our perimeter trees, that work was to ensure clear air space past the boundary. This weekend I tackled the height. Pictured: "before" photo, the tools, light material separated from heavier sticks, light material chopped and ready to be layered into compost bins, and finally the "after" photo. These olive trees shouldn't really be on a perimeter fence, they were around 8-10ft tall when M bought the house 13yrs ago. We have removed every second tree.

I needed a vehicle to get me to the farm for work. I found a 1990 ute, it needed some work, still does, but now has a warrant. But no radio, no drink holder, and the ignition switch was buggered so I went for a big red button!

Second load of firewood delivered and stacked away. Surprisingly well sorted this year (it is not unknown for me to be scratching around finding firewood before winters end).

I wanted to make submission on the "consultation on safety measures for the use of puberty blockers in young people with gender-related health needs" https://consult.health.govt.nz/strategy-and-policy/safety-measures-for-the-use-of-puberty-blockers-in/ but desired to complete the online form in the best way possible to benefit trans children. I have very little knowledge of the subject.
This resource helped me:
