150g pudding rice
50g caster sugar
1l milk
Grated nutmeg
This also works well with oat or almond milk
1. Heat the oven to 130C.
2. Butter a large heatproof baking dish, then tip in the rice and sugar and stir through the milk.
3. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the top.
4. Cook for about 2 hours.
Serves four.
