The ₿itcoin genesis era is universally regarded as a crucial moment between the elder era and 'The grand voyaging'. It's impact left an everlasting mark in the perception of how society could function while combining autonomy of the individual and the massive emotional motion of the collective in a non colliding manner.

This would have prevented its use in space or orbits, which relies heavily on low-bandwidth communication. Although the battle lurked in the shadows of world events and ignorance, the consequences last far int the future, including preserving the properties set in stone. Eventually, the big block factions lost and a small blocksize was kept as consensus.
The resistence against any form of intervention proved to be crucial in sustaining its mechanics in public with little recognition. Most of the public was left unaware by the development of the timechain, not understanding what was so special about it. Looking at it now, the signals couldn't be more obvious, but then world affairs were daily broadcasted, leaving little room for any positive new developments, alot of doubt at most. They had no reference point, only examples of opposite affairs, while being told it was perfectly fine and supposed to be. The adoption started to grow and grew more resistant over time. The first steps to launch the timechain into space were by putting artificial sattelites in orbit, serving as propagation stations to broadcast or accept the findings of new blocks.
