The data that you upload to Geminauts is yours and yours alone. You give us permission to use that material solely to do what's necessary to provide our services.
The data that you upload to Geminauts must comply with our Terms of service as well as any third party's terms of service and applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload and assume all risks associated with them. We reserve the right to remove the files you upload to Geminauts or suspend access to your account in the event that we become aware that your uploaded files violate any of Geminaut's terms of service.
Below is a list of prohibited activities which may result in your account being suspended if you are found to be participating in, but not limited to the following.
Files that you upload to Geminauts are publicly available at your domain through the geminauts protocol.
Private information about you such as email address and time zones are not shared with anyone but you.
Geminauts will not distribute your email with anyone. We may contact you for two possible reasons.
Geminauts uses Backblaze B2 to store capsule data. Because of this, files that are uploaded to geminauts must also follow the terms of service for Backblaze. You can view Backblaze's most up to date policies at the links below.
We do not take ownership of your files, but we may remove them or your account if you are uploading illegal content or are a nuisance to the community.
We don't share any of your data with anyone unless you have uploaded it to your capsule in which it is public.
We will only send emails to you that relate to important information about your account. If you want to hear about updates to Geminauts, you can sign up in settings.
