Welcome to Geminauts, a service that provides gemini hosting for capsules. You can have your very own capsule without the hassle of setting up a server!
An introduction to using geminauts
We are currently in a beta stage, so everything is not stable yet. We may experience downtime and features may break or change under you. If you are still interested in giving this a try, please link your account (you will need to provide an email address in order to have an account).
You will get your own subdomain. You may use your own domain if you have one.
Geminauts uses the cloud to serve capsules. A mixture of Backblaze, Digitalocean, and AWS has been used to make geminauts work. Hosting is not free and while I have been able to reduce the operating costs as much as possible, prices will scale with the number of people using the service. Since geminauts is still in early development, all features are free to use. Though at some time in the future, I may introduce paid features. There would always be a free plan. Extra features which cost more to operate will be held behind a paywall. I imagine such features such as global replication, CGI scripts, large files, etc.
