I had seen a suggestion for a item that does additive to stats. I had similar idea of additive items before, but this one is one I had seen. It adds +floor(L/10)+1 (where L is holder's level) to Physical Attack, Special Attack, Physical Defense, Special Defense, Speed, and to the accuracy of moves. (This is a direct addition to the number, not stat stages. For accuracy, e.g. a normally 70% accuracy becomes 81% at level 100.)
(This doesn't give as much bonus than other items do, but applies to all stats, and increases accuracy of moves; and it can be better for a pokemon with low stats than if the stats are already high.)
