I had seen a suggestion for a item that does additive to stats. I had similar idea of additive items before, but this one is one I had seen. It adds +floor(L/10)+1 (where L is holder's level) to Physical Attack, Special Attack, Physical Defense, Special Defense, Speed, and to the accuracy of moves.
