The "sustainability-aware" part of me is getting increasingly frustrated at the state of Android. Not only the lack of support for "old" devices, but how unnecessarily difficult it is to build anything for old versions. Then, here's the thing: every time I look into it, Google has come out with a new "recommended" way of doing things. and like seven new SDK versions. Meanwhile, you can get c code from the seventies and make it work in quite a bunch of platforms...

open question: is the "standard" to only use "ANSI color codes" inside "preformatted text"? it seems to be the norm, but... Anyone has input? thanks!
