managed to dispose of a lot of bigger waste from our basically one-room flat. really hoping we can arrange things in a harmonious way, have it feel both functional and spacious!
progressing with health stuff well! have a specialist consultation in a few months, very exciting
looking into all sorts of spiritual things, from the old and familiar like druidry, through the science-adjacent, to bhakti yoga. listening to a lot of krishna das podcasts
finished up a few books, in preparation for "back to school" september. i want to feed my brain with New Things, and part of that is finally working through all the in-progress and to-be-read books. also taking notes, thinking things through, journaling. sometimes pulling tarot about it. i've been enjoying my long form journaling a lot. and i've been blowing through ink, too!
two big solo forest walks this week. it's like church, rejuvenating, connective, lots of time to think. i come home peaceful, energized, and with many insights to ponder.
brought some art books home from the library, maybe there will be some new art explorations in the coming weeks!
