NEW LIFE will be breathed into a former school house in Feoghanagh
village, which is set to be refurbished by its new owners. The disposal
of the derelict property is proposed.
The property and surrounding land have been vacant and in a derelict
condition for a number of years.

The property was entered on the Derelict Sites Register in February
2022 and Limerick City and County Council acquired the building
compulsorily in March 2023.
The purchaser is acquiring the property with full knowledge of the
derelict site notices to complete the appropriate works so that the
property is delisted from the derelict register. The purchasers have
provided proof of funds and they plan to refurbish the property and
reside in it.
