Limerick influencer Sinead O'Brien ties the knot in destination wedding

Abigail Hayden, 27 Sep

LIMERICK influencer Sinead O’Brien has celebrated her marriage to

long-term partner Simon Fitzgerald in a stunning ceremony in the

Algarve.

Wearing a gorgeous off-the-shoulder gown, the entrepreneur and her

now-husband who hails from Crecora, emerged from the church in sunny

Portugal on Wednesday afternoon hand-in-hand, with confetti heralding

their arrival at the doorway to the cheers of awaiting well-wishers.

In an Instagram post, the Patrickswell woman captioned her wedding

photos “Mr and Mrs Fitzgerald”. She also shared black and white images

of her three bridesmaids adjusting her dress on the steps, followed by

a solo photo of her and her stunning dress.

Sinead treated her 128,000 followers to a closer look at the dress in a

second post, captioned “The dress of dreams”, and tagged Dreamy Curves

Bridal, as well as the name of the wedding photographer, Andy Mac.

In a third post, the bride shared a picture of her in her gown, smiling

in the sunshine, with the heartfelt caption “My heart could burst with

the love, thank you everyone for your well wishes. I am so so so happy,

the day was everything we could of dreamed of and more”.

She later shared an Instagram reel of her in the same spot, beaming to

the camera, captioned "Golden hour".

The glamorous wedding reception took place at the Pine Cliffs Resort.

The luxury venue hosted the wedding of Munster and Ireland rugby player

Conor Murray and model Joanna Cooper in June 2023.
