"World's Best" Chili

Prep: 20 mins

Cook: 4 hrs

Hardware: Crock Pot

Ingredients

• 6 oz tomato sauce
• 3 tbs chili powder
• 1.5 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 2 cans red beans
• 2 cans black beans
• 2 cans pinto beans
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 2 bell peppers (chopped)
• 1 tbs cilantro
• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 oz chorizo
• (optional) 1 scotch bonnet pepper diced

Steps

1. Brown beef and chorizo (drain fat)

2. Mix contents into crock pot (drain bean liquid from cans befored adding)

3. Cook on high heat for 4hrs, periodically stiring to not burn bottom
