Mustard soup

Everyone likes soup, right?

Ingredients

2 l water
3 cubes of vegetable stock
250 ml cream
100g unsalted butter
120g flour
4 tbsp grainy mustard

Instructions

Melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the flour to make a roux.
Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the stock cubes.
Add the roux to the broth, mix well. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the cream while stirring, then add the mustard.
