It is dark when they finally get back out of the Gtar cave systems.
Many Gtar fighters (40?) waiting for them, including a "master" of spirits.
The freed prisoners (250?) join in the fight, but it is bloody.
Cave gets blocked somehow, preventing the entire city from coming down on them.
Flansen dies.
Kendra "breaks", fighting the Gtar spirit master. He then kills many of the colonists before Flansen, dying, takes him down.
