Despite being a budget laptop is not bad for build quality the one i have doesn't have much more then stickers peeling off and scratches. The keyboard while not the best still is pertty good but the trackpad is small and clunky, This is easily sovled by using a mouse or by not useing a mouse/trackpad at all ;).
This is a budget laptop from 2008 so performance is terrible by "modern standards" but using a lightweight linux distro like Antix it runs mostly without issue you could actually use this for things like: browsing the Web Gopher or Gemini, writing documents, simple programing, or watching videos.
You will not be able to run most 3d applications as the GPU only supports up to Opengl 2.1, but it can play very lightweight games like Minetest Openttd Assultcube and even Xonotic at very low settings and lower than native res it you want 60fps.
To play YouTube videos you have to use a client like MiniTube.
Use a lightweight linux distro like Anitx Linux.
