The feeling I have I think is similar to the feeling an athlete has just before a competition: "focus on relaxation".
Today I went for a Swedish massage session, and while I was in the dark and in relaxation, a lot of images from the near future were running through my head. You have to keep some of those images, and at the same time, discard the rest, without paying too much attention to them.
This afternoon is going to be the last one in which I can go to the beach with the family, you have to make the most of this summer vacation until the end!
