My personal Mandela Effect is the VIC-20 game Star Defence (aka Star Defender) from Anirog and Kingsoft, a really very good port and a game I spent a lot of time playing.
I'm convinced the tape I had said Stargate. The VIC game is a version of Stargate, not Defender, and I didn't learn of the original Stargate arcade game's existence until much later so where would I have got the name from?
Brains are weird.
