3k: 16:48 (10th overall, 1st in my age category) - messed up in this one, had too big a breakfast too close to the race, and had awful cramps half a kilometre from the end. Had to stop and walk for 30s. About a minute slower than last year.
Half marathon (13.1 mi/21 km): 2:17:25.4 (~8 minutes faster than last year). Not my best time, but one I'm happy with.
So, that's another year done. I'll still get up and do a few runs with the dogs, but I'm still recovering a bit from the half. Usually I get week-long stiffness in my quads, but this time it's my right knee. Taking it easy.
