I'm in pain, it is as simple as that. The tools of mastication have become old and dented from many years of service, and so like a machine in need of spare parts, I too had to replace what was in need of changing.
My gums are in shock, still swollen and bruised from a drill bit biting and gnawing on the bone, the agony a sour reminder of how I got to this point in first place - medicine.
How I detest my dependency, my bitter addiction to a drug that saves me from endless suffocation, to the detriment of my teeth and gums.

i feel you
mine wasn't
just
from years of use
but abuse and
neglect
was told i had
advanced
periodontal disease
i may lose teeth
sucks
but years of drinking
and not brushing
or flossing
will do that to you
so now I'm brushing
EVERYDAY (mostly lol)
because i'm freaked OUT
it would suck to lose my teeth
not that they're wonderful
but their mine
y'know?
hopefully it gets better soon
Try this:
Point away from what you consider "you" with one of your index fingers.
Slowly turn the arm/hand/finger in the direction of what you consider "you", but steadfastly keeping attention where the finger points.
<continue>
<more>
<slowly>
<more>
<you're almost there>
Until....
What do you see - *SEE*, not assume/imagine - where the finger points when pointing at what you consider "you"?
Rest there.
Repeat when the madness "out there" (which includes the body you assume you inhabit, which is "out there" from said "you") overwhelms.
IMPORTANT: Be has vehement about seeing what's there as you would about attaining unto orgasm - or whatever it is "out there" that you imagine "does it" for "you".
