i engaged with a bad habit the last two nights and am feeling awful, so anxious, so disconnected
9/27 - 1.5 mile run

it's true i didn't wear the loafers
not running right now because i'm in california for a training and i talked myself out of cramming running clothes into my carry-on
i probably could have left the black patent leather loafers and brought the running clothes
9/14 - 2.9 mile run
9/13 - 1.2 mile run (very dead from all the running and not sleeping), no sauna, beer and popcorn, anxiety
9/12 - 2.6 mile run, anxiety bad in afternoon, 40 minutes in the sauna in the evening, feeling tired and relaxed now
9/11 - 1.5 mile run, no sauna, sad, but good processing session
9/10 - 2.8 mile run, no sauna, sad
9/9 - no run, regrets, gym workout, 38 minutes in the sauna
9/8 - 3.2 mile run in the woods, nice
9/7 - 1.5 mile run
9/6 - 1.5 mile run, 21 min in sauna
9/5 - no run, very anxious
9/4 - 1.7 mile run
