Currently there isn't a way to enter the upload file path manually, however it would make sense to allow that on desktop.

I am also on i3 wm and when I saw I could only drag and drop I was a tad surprised. Ok, minimize the window.. open a file manager (really?) use my mouse! to click through where my file is (this is so slow!) then drag... did it work? I'm not use to that type of interaction as you can see!

all that to say a file selection would be welcomed, although I was able to manage!

Unfortunately with the desktop and tools I am using, it's quite difficult if not nearly impossible for me to drag a file into Lagrange. Would be nice to have an optional text input to specify the file path if such a feature is not already available. My apologies for not posting in the GitHub repo issues for a feature request, I just don't have a GitHub account anymore and...
