Hi all! I just created a Gemini community on feddit.de, a German language Lemmy instance for German speaking people interested in Gemini. https://feddit.de/c/gemini Hope, that this will help to make Gemini a bit more accessible also for (only) German speaking people. Currently I just know of three capsules in German language. :-D Ciao Martin

HI Stephane, how do you determine if something is a specific language? At least gemini://it.gemini-site.omarpolo.com/ serves "text/gemini; lang=en" for me and gemini.circumlunar.space as well as hubbz.de doesn't use language identifiers. regards Renรฉ

(they're served with the right ``lang'', see the documents under /docs/de/* or /docs/it/*) I originally set that site up to share the updated Italian translations that were never committed... :/

Stephane, Renรฉ, thanks for supporting me with the German language stuff. I simply have a look in all the capsules and add the ones, which are really in German language. :-) Ciao Martin

Technically speaking I think it's part of the MIME type, no? It doesn't have to do with the file format, but IIRC it is nevertheless specified using the "parameter" syntax of MIME types. -- pjvm
