Here is one for you... They are based in Oregon U.S.A. In the States a non profit can only spend I think 28% on anything "other" than the intended non-profit goal and intentions. All but that 28% MUST be proven to be spent on your claimed non-profit CAUSE. In this case LINUX.

So they are already guilty of fraud and tax evasion by U.S. IRS Laws.
