A List Of The Computers I Own, For No Reason
For no reason other than the fact that it was swimming around in my brain, here's a list of the computers I own, plus any notes about their condition. This is probably only useful for me but it may provide entertainment for a very specific kind of nerd for a few seconds.
The list:
- Sinclair ZX81. Needs new ULA chip?
- Two Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k. Both dead, I shall revive them when I get time
- ZX Spectrum +3. Mint condition
- Atari 800XL. Decent condition. No PSU
- Commodore 64. Breadbin. No SID chip
- Commodore 64c
- Commodore Plus/4. Decent condition, no PSU.
- Amstrad CPC 464
- Amstrad CPC 6128
- Amiga 500
- Amiga 600. Motherboard and case bought separately for a project.
- Two Amiga 1200s. One is mainly for spare components. The other is beefed up with a scandoubler, 128MB of RAM, a CPU accelerator, a 4GB CF card hard drive, and a 10Mb/s ethernet card.
- Sinclair PC-200. Works but the keyboard membrane is shagged.
- Acorn A7000+
- Macintosh LC475. MINT, with an internal BlueSCSI card.
- iMac G3. Works but the screen corrupts after a moment. I think the VRAM needs repasting/cooling. Also the case is disintegrating
- iMac G4. Absolutely mint. Probably my favourite computer. It's my music management machine for my iPod currently
- G4 Mac mini. My main MorphOS machine
- G5 PowerMac. May become my main MorphOS machine
- G4 PowerMac. Fine but the screen's seen better days
- G4 iBook. Mint-ish. The screen's a bit dim. Could be the power inverter?
- 2010 White Core 2 Duo Macbook
- Efika 5200b. PowerPC SBC built for MorphOS
- Thinkpad T60
- ASUS EeePC 701
- Amstrad NC100
- Just...way too many Raspberry Pis. Like 20 or so
- A bunch of random PC stuff. 6 or 7 PCs of varying spec. Nothing exciting. The Pentium II box I built recently is probably cool.
I've probably missed a bunch of stuff but that's the bulk of it. All I need now is the time and space to use any of it.
I'll do consoles next.
EDIT: Oh! I forgot a couple!
- Amstrad PPC640
- PowerMac 7200/90
