moments of pause

you're on my mind

while i nap in my car

before the big game

while we're under the stars

dreaming together

in separate planes

transmitting our love

over radio waves

moments of pause

a trickle of doubt

forget all our woes

we're together now

tangible wealth of the

internal sort

remember beginnings for

each day is a start

warmth from your face

and also from mine

collide and then blacken

whatever we find

silence is dark

when darkness is quiet

and peaceful as ever

we know we define it

life is a temple

without any windows but

i want to be with you

we'll enjoy when the wind blows

life is meant

to be interrupted

a lake that is nowhere

needs ripples to fill it

we fly now together

two wings do we make

before when we walked

i hardly could wake

two tires on a bike

dependent but free

to roam and to wander

as long as we're "we"

rainbows abound

from puddles we touch

all lost socks are found

i love you this much

drawing a line

that never will stop

infinite parchment

we're always on top
