bored deep migraine eating my eyeballs from within

monstrous metal teeth rupture every vein

"do your worst then let me be"

the voluntarily blind victim complained

unseen light stirs the solar-powered

monster to drive deeper

into the eyes

a pill

a shining white wizard on a horse on a hill

but migraine bores deeper still

before wizardry causes its clutches ceased

enduring made endurable

by promise of future still
