Yesterday I have joined a Mastodon instance. All this social media stuff never really bothered me, and I don't know how much I'll be using that account, but it might help me wasting some time on the weekends. At times it is really hard for me to focus and concentrate on the things that I like do do, as I am cycling through depressive episodes and usually am just plainly exhausted all day long. Doom scrolling on the phone works fine, though - as long as I can keep my eyes open and don't have to take a nap.
