I hear you. I've got two little ones of my own and cold season is one reason I dislike February the most. it's the "hump day" of the year.
Ive been caffeine free since 2020, but I get it with the tough days, sometimes you just need it.

On the note of retro computing, this 9 part series of getting a network of Playstation II consoles running Linux functional was a very interesting watch for me.

However, this guy does some really innovative work here, both with hardware and software. By the end he has a web and email server as well as a lot of his local network activities running through these fairly old and low powered machines. It's neat!
