New easier and friendlier name, and a more traditional app icon. 

Big fix for Android 11 which changed socket handling subtly and broke the 
previous app. This version also adds bookmarks.

I've not had as much time to work on this lately as I'd like (young family 
and day job pressures), but hope to add proper cert handling very soon and 
tidy up a few rough edges.
