2024-04-26 Profectus Alpha 0.8: Smooth Scrolling and Animations

NOTE: Profectus is a new graphical browser for Gemini, Nex, and Scroll.

I have released Alpha 0.8 with the following changes:

• Added smooth scrolling
• Ctrl+B to show/hide the sidebar
• Animate tabbar and sidebar
