This is a gemlog for the SpellBinding puzzle, in which you construct words using the specified letters (each word must contain the anchor letter).
ADULTHOOD ALLOT ALOHA ALOUD ALTO ATOLL AUTO DADO DODO DOLL DOLT HALLO HALO HOLD HOLDALL HOLDOUT HOLT HOOD HOOT LOAD LOATH LOLL LOOT LOTH LOTTO LOUD LOUT OATH OUTDO TATTOO THOU TOAD TOLD TOLL TOOL TOOT TOOTH TOTAL TOUT
ADULTHOOD.
ALOHA! This puzzle had many short words. As usual, a bunch comes easy, then you have to really squeeze the old noggin...
ATOLL, a coral island with a large lagoon in the middle. I always loved this word and the imagery it evokes.
DADO, in addition to a groove in woodworking, is a base of a column or a pedestal.
I have a problem with common words with tons of variations... HALLO, halloo, hollo, holler... It just junks up many puzzles. LOTH, loathe, lothe...
Another day.
