The clouds finally broke. There were light 'wispy' clouds above, but not thick or consistent enough to cause a problem. Even with the moon being nearly full bright, I was itching to get out again.

Very close to 36 Andromedae, making it pretty easy to find. The color appears to be a pale-yellow, almost hard to see any color at all. Found by star-hopping from M31, to Mirach, then δ, ε, and ζ Andromedae.

Very 'violent' red in color. In fact, this might be the most red-saturated carbon star I've yet seen. The color wasn't very evident at first, because of how dim the star was. It was more dim than even most of the surrounding star field. While at 55x, I could detect "noise" around where NGC 1023 would be to the ESE. Found by star hopping from Almach, to 59 Andromedae, then RA-ing to the expected star pattern around NGC 1023. I could see a faint glimmer of UY Andromedae even in the finder-scope.
