cucumber sandwich after sleep paralysis

~guava

sometimes i get sleep paralysis. the way it manifests itself within the context of the dream varies a lot for me. i've never gotten the demon on your chest/foot-of-your-bed kind of sleep paralysis, that i hear is most common. The most common kind for ME is a ghoulish wounding (of mineself) from the treachery of a beamkind weapon -- for instance:

dream guava (thinking): oh no oh no i surely mustve been killed by that beam that struck me.. i must move to prove i am still alive! that i live still!!!

dream guava: aAAAAA!!!! I MUST BE DEAD FOR I CANNOT MOVE BUT HOW AM I THINKING THIS??

like that. honestly i get sleep paralysis infrequently enough (~1ce or 2wice a month if that) that i kind of enjoy it, at least in the immediate retrospect. Like, the silent and wakeful reverie one has after recovering from a scenario where they thought they would surely die or be horribly injured; realizing that none of that worry and panic was towards anything real.. its a reverie that i do revel in in the wee hours of the morn..

Today was a little different, no beam weapon this time EXACTLY, yet actually kind of the same, it was like, solar-flare-chic..

i write this with a revelatory cucumber sandwich in front of me(seed wholegrain bread+cucumber+mayo) it is SO good i am drinking it with a TALL glass of water GOTTA hydrate yo mm

also s/o to my emdash+colon combo at the end of my first paragraph fuck YES

bartender i must start mine day proper soon, a double shot of espresso to further lighten my eyelids? thank yoU!!!!!
