Okay, here's a little more about DiversiTune GS 1.1, after I made some
clarification from Bill Basham.

DiversiTune GS 1.1 is still *COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE*. Technicality, in Bill's own
words (in his email to me), in relation to Apple II Diversi products was :

"All of the Diversi products except Diversi-Tune have always been shareware.
In fact, I invented shareware with Diversi-DOS, although I didn't call it that.I
want to keep Diversi-Tune as a commercial product and not shareware or freeware."

"I give permission to distribute it on web pages individually, in return for a
link to my new Diversi-Tune java web page at http://members.aol.com/divtune"

Just to let you all know on the status of DiversiTune GS as it stands, hope
that clears all the things up a bit more. With regards to Turley's upload to
ground, if Bill gives me the okay, it sounds good to me.
