@072004 Hello! Are you having problems with receiving messages on your misfin account ? As i understand it, you've setup your own misfin server. Did you enable encryption on your account (encryption is disabled by default) ? As i was writing unit tests for message encryption, i noticed a ~1% (1 message out of 100) failure for decryption, which i can't explain witout ruling out some weirdness in pynacl or a misusage of pynacl.
I'm happy to help you out debugging this. Would be good to enable a higher log level for message delivery in your config file:
[service.main] msg_delivery_loglevel = 5
Debug logs will be helpful. · 2 weeks ago
I see actually I got a test message from you. I replied back, let me know if it works. · 2 weeks ago
@072004 is your hashnix address 072004@hashnix.club ? I'll send a test message there just to make sure, if you're down. · 2 weeks ago
@userfxnet i signed up for a mailbox @hashnix.club and sent a message to my actual misfin mailbox, and it worked. i also got gritty's encrypted message too. 🤷🏽♂️ · 2 weeks ago
@072004 Oh really? you said you sent a message through my system, but actually, I don't see anything either... I'll have to look into this. Thanks for letting me know! Hopefully it's not a bug with the latest version by @cipres · 2 weeks ago
