Allow the server administrator to configure `antenna.enabled = false` to disable antenna.
This would be nice to maybe automatically set by default if not set on servers where only logged in users can see posts, as antenna would fail anyways with those, unless it's some sort of special antenna that sends an ssl client certificate, but that might be a bit dangerous, in which case the admin can manually add the parameter as true.

It probably makes sense for the default configuration to not specify any Antenna URLs. Shouldn't hardcode ew0k's instance...

The Antenna URLs and labels are now specified in the Bubble/server configuration file.
