Yes, clagrange does have the outline sidebar just like the GUI version.

Generally speaking, though, I wouldn't recommend it for regular use. It has a number of glitches and you are expected to be very familiar with the keybindings, as there are few hints shown onscreen.

No outline on any tui for Gemini — I miss outline function when I browse Gemini capsules from any tui client (amfora, bombadillo, telescope...)
