My Chili Recipe (Glutton Free) — Seasoning Mix 2 Tbsp - Chili Powder 2 tsp - Ground Cumin 1/2 tsp - Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tsp - Garlic Powder 1 tsp - Onion Powder 1 tsp - Salt 1/2 tsp - Pepper 2 lbs Pork Sausage is what I used originally, but lately I've been using 2lbs Lean Beef. 28 oz Diced Tomatoes 3x 14oz Beans I usually mix it up kidney, black, and pinto 8 oz Tomatoe Sauce 8 oz Tomatoe Paste Brown the meat and strain (with the lean beef I've skipped the strain to help the flavor).
