I've decided to start a new project for fun: Developing gopher and nex clients for Windows XP :D

I am also looking into developing gemini and misfin clients for them as well, but we'll see about the TLS support stuff (I may be able to get some form of TLS 1.3, but I'm not holding my breath for that).

@astroseneca Thanks! It'll be interesting because I'm actually running on a real Windows XP machine :D

I know I can get up to TLS 1.2, and with elliptic curve support, but TLS 1.3 is possible, but might require more work.

But I want to start with gopher and nex first (and maybe spartan) just because those don't require any form of TLS. · 10 months ago

It will be an incredibly good undertaking. There are so many 32-bit systems in the world and it is not clear what to attach them to without a normal browser. I wish you success. · 10 months ago
