are they REALLY commercial? I thought they are trying to do a parody of the web in 1995, as the web design of their http site imply.
It reads to me like they mean it, though this section from the terms has to be some sort of joke: "You authorise us to take any technical steps that we deem appropriate to ensure the removal and destruction of any unauthorised copies of our material from your systems. You agree that we will have no liability to you for any loss or damages you may suffer as a result of such action taken by us. You agree to waive any rights you might have for compensation in connection with such actions taken by us."
