I find it amusing that ~mouse has popped up in the fall, right before winter.

I feel the sentiment with time. I like to think of time like sand; the tighter you try to hold on, the easier it slips through your fingers...

A interesting observation, autumn and the mouse comes back indoors.

For my namesake the change of year changes their habits. For me a change of attitude, realisation, makes me examine and change my habits.

For me the midnight is a refuge, a calm, peaceful, thoughtful place, with good souls. Hence this little mouse has come back.
