                                    TABESTRY
                         tablature software for Windows
                                demo version 2.0

Tabestry is an entry-level Guitar Tablature music program for Windows,
designed for guitarists and other fretted (i.e bass, banjo, mandolin)
instrument music enthusiasts. It allows anyone to easily enter and print
guitar tablature. Some of you may be familiar with Bucket 'o Tab; Tabestry
is its successor, and has a large number of cool new features.

Tabestry supports all fretted instruments with 4, 5, 6 and 7 strings with
customizable tuning for each string. A floating tool box provides tools
for notating hammerons, pulloffs, up and down slides, ghost notes, bends,
taps, slaps, pops and vibrato notations, chords, rests, time signatures,
tempo markers, barlines, double barlines, repeats and rhythmic symbols.

The look of your tablature, both on-screen and printed, is very flexible.
You have control over notespacing, line spacing, and staff spacing.
Complete font control is also provided for tablature notes, time signature,
title, subtitle, comments, and text.

Import/export Features: exporting tablature into standard MIDI file format
or ASCII tab file. Importing of ASCII tablature is also supported.

Playback Features: On screen playback through MIDI output or built in
digital sound (bass, clean guitar or distorted guitar).

THIS IS A DEMO VERSION. DISTRIBUTE FREELY! This demo version is the same
as the commercial version, except the Save and Import functions are
disabled.

Note also that Tabestry requires VBRUN300.DLL, which is available all over
the place.
