it would appear the subject is rather unstable based on recorded observations. it is currently unclear what the cause of this instability might be so be cautious when running experiments. if the subject is deemed too unstable, immediately terminate them. we cannot risk them getting out into the world.

i can only assume that these entries are akin to what one might be considered a diary of sorts. not everything seems to neatly fall into that idea though, but for now i don't have any better way to file them.
