Walking around the garden after breakfast with a mug of tea, a few bird noises in the distance, mostly just the squabbling of the Common mynas[1]. Turned to come inside and heard a very musical song then spent two or three minutes walking back and forth under the plum tree trying to get a decent view up between the branches and leaves to see what it was flitting around and singing. A Grey fantail[2] had decided to visit, I think I've seen one or two in the garden previously, but they're not common here, or at least not seen often enough that I think them common here
