Around the 'burbs this afternoon, absolutely nothing interesting to see or hear so eventually I worked my way back up towards Gardiners creek for a lap of Glen Iris wetlands and a block or two of the creek. In among the ducks and waterfowl a flock of Little corellas[1], I guess it must be the week for them, almost every day I see and hear them around at the moment. Then on the last few streets in Murrumbeena as I cut through the end of Boyd park there's a small flock of Crested pigeon[2], interestingly, it was nine birds again, the same as yesterday, but highly unlikely to be the same birds.
