Filling in a missing section of Dandenong creek, today on my daily ride I went straight east out along Wellington road until it crossed the creek, then turned right and followed the Dandenong creek trail as it wound around to Dandenong. Confusion at major road crossings then meant I came straight back up the main road until I saw a sign for the showgrounds and could make my way home along the Djerring trail.
Lots of Peewees[1] and Magpies[2], and a scattering of seagulls[3] almost all the way down the creek, wood duck[4] and black duck[5] along the creek
